We are implementing Governor Cooper’s plan that addresses all aspects of the digital divide in North Carolina - high-speed internet access, affordability, digital devices and digital literacy. To reflect the divisions ongoing work to close the digital divide and ensure all North Carolinians to have the tools they need to participate in today's increasingly digital world, we have created several dashboards displaying programs funded by the federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The dashboards will be updated monthly.
Awards by County Dashboard
This dashboard shows the total funds awarded across the state as well as the funds awarded by county, details and status of each award and households and businesses served. Not all counties will display state-awarded funding; they either were not eligible for the GREAT grant or Completing Access to Broadband (CAB) program or pursued projects independent of NCDIT grants. Users may filter on the county, program, provider and/or project status.
Awards by Program Dashboard
This dashboard provides a more in-depth view of awards for the ARPA funding programs, including total funds, awards to date, funds remaining, and links to each program for more details.
Awards Tracker Dashboard
This dashboard displays an overview of total awards and funds, funds remaining and additional details for the ARPA-funded GREAT grant program, CAB program and Digital Equity grant program. Users may filter by funding program.
