Stop-Gap Solutions

The Stop-Gap Solutions program provides funding for areas unserved or underserved with broadband following investment from the GREAT grant program and the Completing Access to Broadband (CAB) program. N.C. Session Law 2021-180 appropriates $86 million of federal American Rescue Plan Act funds for the Stop-Gap Solutions program.
